Eclipta prostrata, commonly known as the False Daisy is widespread across much of the world. Bhringaraja means “king of herbs”. Bhringaraja is considered as a rejuvenator in Ayurveda. It has gained importance in hair care from ages. Regular use of the herb reduces hair fall, improves hair growth,  prevents greying and makes hair lustrous.

It treats dandruff and dry scalp. It has benefits on skin too. Internal use improves skin tone and complexion. External application is found to reduce various skin ailments. Regular application on skin clears wounds, scars etc. It soothes inflamed skin.
